Operations Specialist (Don Torcuato)

- Support Quality and Safety Investigations, review production documentation and maintain Operations KPI.
- Support the different teams in projects.
- Provide HS&E; support to internal clients, including training, reports, tools, investigations, relevant KPIs, observations, internal audits during plant walkthroughs and assistance with performance presentations for management systems.
- Assist the HS&E; team in implementing best practices, deploying SHE tools and procedures, and adopting a hands‑on approach for the development and implementation of local solutions.
- Support SHE initiatives.
- Actively contribute to maintaining and ensuring compliance with the FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 management systems.

Qualifications
- Student or graduate of Engineering degrees (industrial, chemical, food).
- Experience in production, SHE or Quality areas (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
- Intermediate/advanced English level.
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.
