Job Title: Technical Service Manager City: Buenos Aires-Argentina As a Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the technical needs of our dairy customers, together with our Account Managers, ensuring the effective application of our ingredients in dairy processes, understanding customers’ technical requirements, and providing excellent management of project approvals. With regional responsibility, you will also participate in several internal technical meetings, discussions, and training sessions with our general experts to enhance the capabilities of dairies using our ingredients. Your key responsibilities
- Investigate and identify customers’ technical needs and develop a technical service plan in cooperation with Sales and Account Management, according to the Customer Service Level Agreements.
- Organize and conduct trials of current or new customer products in dairy factories using our ingredients.
- Investigate (or support the investigation of), resolve, and document customer technical complaints.
- Interpret data and trends related to technical service issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise laboratory activities related to technical service.
- Provide support to customers so they can apply the Business Unit’s products safely. You Bring
- Educational level: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Dairy Science or Dairy Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions, with a focus on the dairy industry.
- Experience in R&D; of dairy products, applications, and product innovation.
- English and Spanish: advanced level.
- Availability to travel within LATAM and to other countries in Europe. We Bring
