We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Engineer to join our team.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex applications, ensuring technical excellence throughout the entire development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead the end‐to‐end design and development of complex software applicationsCollaborate with cross‐functional teams to define technical requirements and solution architectureWrite high‐quality, maintainable, and efficient code for production systemsIntegrate AI models and services into application workflowsOversee cloud‐native application deployment and ensure scalability and reliabilityImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deploymentUtilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for application deliveryApply modern software architecture patterns including microservices, serverless, and event‐driven designsConduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team membersTroubleshoot, optimize, and resolve technical challenges to ensure system performance and stabilityRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering rolesAt least 2 years in a lead, architect, owner, or coordinator positionExperience leading a team of at least 5 members for a minimum of one yearParticipation in at least 2 full‐cycle projects or involvement in multiple projects covering various development phasesHands‐on development experience with .
