We are hiring a Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist to support and scale our go-to-market execution. This is not a clerical admin role
- This is a high-leverage position at the core of revenue performance. You will ensure pipeline discipline, renewal visibility, partner tracking integrity, and operational rigor across the full revenue lifecycle. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and work closely with Customer Success and Finance. Key Responsibilities Maintain CRM hygiene and opportunity tracking integrity Monitor pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy Ensure stage progression and documentation compliance Prepare monthly revenue reporting and KPI dashboards Support partner/channel attribution and reporting Renewal & Expansion Coordination Manage the renewal calendar *********-day tracking) Surface true-up and expansion opportunities Coordinate renewal visibility with Sales and Customer Success Track pricing uplift and contract compliance Process & Continuous Improvement Identify friction points in sales execution Propose and implement process improvements Standardize reporting and documentation practices Contribute to building a predictable, scalable revenue engine Experience 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Comfortable working with revenue data and performance metrics Personal Attributes Highly disciplined and detail-oriented Structured thinker with strong follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Comfortable in remote environments Naturally organized and process-driven Ambitious and eager to grow with a scaling company Why Join Now?
