Junior Ai Productivity Engineer (Córdoba)

Role & Responsibilities Internal Product Discovery & Innovation
- Feasibility Assessments: Evaluate technical viability before committing resources.
- Technology Scouting: Keep abreast of AI research, model releases, and patterns such as Agentic workflows; propose experiments and pilots. Solution Design & Integration
- Interface Development: Build entry points (CLI, web dashboard, IDE plugin, Slack integration) for AI tools, ensuring they fit into engineers' existing workflows.
- Prompt Architecture: Develop and maintain a library of System Instructions and templates that guarantee consistent, structured outputs aligned with company coding styles.
- Data Orchestration: Manage flow of data between internal systems (GitLab, Jira, Confluence) and AI models to provide appropriate context for every request.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain the Engineering Handbook, providing guidance on using internal AI proxies, writing effective prompts for the codebase, and troubleshooting common AI errors.
- Engineering Support: Assist engineers with understanding and adopting AI tools and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Experience
- Practical Software Background: Experience as a Software Engineer, having built tools used beyond tutorial projects.
- Prototyping Track Record: Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous ideas into functional PoCs within short timeframes.
- Experience with AI: Significant personal projects integrating LLMs into workflows and using AI tools to improve development productivity. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js.
- API & Integration: Good understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, asynchronous processing, and wiring SaaS tools together.
- AI Orchestration: Familiarity with Applied AI toolkit, prompt engineering patterns, structured data extraction, and basics of RAG.
- Modern Dev Environment: Comfortable with Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines; follows engineer expectations. Soft Skills
- Pragmatic Problem Solving: Prefer simple, working solutions over complex experiments.
- Adaptability: Rapid learning mindset, keeping up with weekly AI field changes. Bonus Points
- Active participation in the AI community (open‑source, hackathons, blogging).
- Knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
- Experience with LLM Observability tools (LangSmith, Arize Phoenix).
- Knowledge of MCP server development, multi‑agent apps, prompt structuring tools, agent programming frameworks or spec‑driven development frameworks. Benefits
