We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with digital tools, and can manage diverse administrative processes with ease.What You'll Do You'll play a key role in supporting operations across Zoho system management, Human Resources, Client Services, and Finance, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include: Zoho Support Update records, contracts, and hours in Zoho CRM/Projects Move sessions between projects and troubleshoot basic issues Assist staff with initial Zoho support requestsHuman ResourcesManage HR email inbox and job postings Screen resumes, upload candidate profiles, and assist with onboarding Schedule PTO, maintain birthday calendar, and handle contract amendmentsClient ServicesManage subscription forfeitures, transfers, and cancellations Send client links and update service detailsFinanceProcess payments and monitor subscription usage Follow up on accounts receivable and bounced payments Assist with refunds and monthly invoicingWhat We're Looking ForTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Zoho CRM/Projects Familiarity with HR tools and finance support systems Strong command of email/calendar platforms (Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar) Intermediate Excel or spreadsheet skillsSoft Skills:Exceptional attention to detail Strong multitasking and time management abilities Clear communication and teamwork Adaptability in a dynamic environmentLanguage:English proficiency for client communication and documentationWhy Join Us?Work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment Gain exposure to multiple business functions Adaptable remote work setupReady to take the next step?
