We are seeking a **Junior Service Helpdesk Specialist** to oversee the management of individual incidents and mass-related actions, ensuring the operational health and efficiency of our services.
This role involves active participation in daily tasks, effective communication with stakeholders, and adherence to task deadlines.
**Responsibilities**
- Validate, analyze, and manage individual incidents and potential mass incidents
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with all involved stakeholders during incident management
- Moderate and actively contribute to daily management tasks with effective solutions
- Follow up and ensure the timely delivery of assigned tasks
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in related roles, preferably within the telecommunication business, with recent experience in the last 6 months
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PL/SQL
- Strong analytical and logical thinking to break down and resolve complex issues
- Effective communication skills for both written and verbal interaction
- Knowledge of Power BI (desirable)

- Ability to work independently with informed decision-making
