HR Specialist & Office Coordinator – Córdoba, Argentina Site We’re looking for a hands‑on HR Specialist & Office Coordinator to take ownership of our day‑to‑day people and office operations at our Argentina site. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a positive and well‑run workplace — from seamless onboarding to smooth office management. This is an on‑site role that requires daily presence in the office. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and making things happen, this role is for you. What you’ll do People Operations & Recruitment
- Manage day‑to‑day HR administration and core people operations
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring full confidentiality
- Support HR processes, policies, and internal communications
- Lead onboarding processes and help create a great first‑day experience
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience Office Management
- Own daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, well‑organized environment
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Handle office purchasing, inventory, and budget tracking
- Serve as the go‑to person for all office‑related needs Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Office Management, Recruitment, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with people
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with a positive, can‑do attitude Benefits
