Business Systems & Automation Developer (San Salvador)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands‐on developer who can build internal tools, connect systems, and automate repetitive workflows across our operations.
This is not a support role or a design role.
You will work directly with the business side, take real operational and sales needs, and turn them into simple, working solutions — fast.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, and file integrations
Build and maintain backend workflows and automations
Work with databases to organize and surface data in a usable way
Build or update internal tools, dashboards, and portals
Translate business workflows into clean technical logic
Use AI coding tools to move faster and iterate efficiently
Communicate clearly with non‐technical stakeholders throughout
MUST‐HAVE SKILLS
API integrations and webhooks
SQL and database management
Python or JavaScript (backend focused)
Backend logic and automation workflows
Comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar)
Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data
STRONGLY PREFERRED
FastAPI, Django, Flask, Node.D , etc.
PostgreSQL or MySQL
Automation platforms: n8n, Make, or Zapier
Cloud platforms: AWS or Azure
Experience building internal tools or operational dashboards
Exposure to LLM / AI workflows
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Someone who has built real systems — not only studied them.
You should be able to explain what you personally built, work under direction without needing everything perfectly defined, and communicate progress clearly to people who are not technical.
We value clarity over complexity.
