This role is Sales-oriented.Each Matching Specialist is the first line of communication for prospective student/client's onboarding from beginning to end – from answering questions and concerns, evaluating the requirements of the student to assisting them with the initial rotation booking, and ensuring that they receive an overall excellent experience with NPHub's customer service and communications.The Matching Specialists are the frontlines of our organization and without them, our students would not be able to find the perfect preceptor for the first and last turn and graduate on time.Role & ResponsibilitiesEach Matching Specialist is responsible for:Answering incoming student inquiries and providing timely, courteous responses.Evaluating student eligibility and specific rotation needs.Assisting students with initial rotation booking and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progression.Collaborating with preceptors to secure appropriate placements and facilitate smooth onboarding.Providing ongoing support throughout the student's rotation period to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.Contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes and communication strategies.
