We are looking for a Senior Developer / Systems & ETL Engineer — a senior-level polyglot engineer capable of working across the full technology stack, from ETL and data engineering to modern application development and cloud-native delivery.In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable information processing systems, combining strong data expertise with application and API development.You will work independently, drive complex initiatives, and act as a key technical point of contact for client engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement end-to-end systems (ETL, APIs, and integrated applications)Build scalable ETL pipelines for high-volume batch and real-time data processingDevelop applications using Java, Python, and Spring-based frameworksDesign and maintain RESTful APIs and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)Integrate messaging and streaming solutions (e.G., ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ)Apply object-oriented principles and troubleshoot across application and data layersContainerize and deploy solutions using Docker/Kubernetes in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)Ensure application security using OWASP standards and best practicesCollaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver technical solutionsProduce technical documentation, system designs, and process flowsSupport testing, deployment, and continuous improvement effortsRequirementsTechnical Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science or 4+ years of equivalent experience5+ years of hands-on experience across multiple technologiesStrong programming skills in Java, Python, SQL (C or Perl is a plus)Solid understanding of OOP concepts and data structuresExperience with Spring Boot, Spring Integration, or similar frameworksProven experience designing and developing RESTful APIsHands-on experience with Docker and/or KubernetesKnowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS and/or Azure)Experience with messaging systems (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or similar)Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across systemsExperience with ETL development and data warehousing/data martsProficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulationExperience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)Familiarity with schema-on-read platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Hadoop, Athena, Synapse)Experience working in UNIX/Linux environmentsKnowledge of application security (OWASP, CVE remediation)Experience creating technical documentation and process flow diagramsCore CompetenciesAbility to design systems end-to-end (data ingestion to API and deployment)Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple projects independentlyEffective communication with technical and business stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsHigh adaptability in fast-paced environmentsNice to HaveAdvanced PL/SQL and Oracle analytic functionsExperience with microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of BI tools (Cognos, QlikView, MicroStrategy, Business Objects)Experience with marketing data or campaign management platformsBackground in dimensional modeling (star schema)#J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.ar/empleo/pr5py
