Este Puesto Reporta a Responsable Regional de Ventas Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building division in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed. Qualifications For The Role
- You have 4–7 years of experience in the electrical sector, with proven experience in sales within the industry, applying a consultative sales approach focused on business development, management of existing clients, and active search and opening of new accounts (optional: working as a Sales Engineer / Account Manager within the electrical or low-voltage market).
- You are highly skilled in working within the electrical industry market, particularly low-voltage solutions, and you enjoy operating in industrial and building segments (desirable).
- Possess enhanced knowledge of the electrical industry, especially low-voltage products and applications.
- You are passionate about business development and client relationship management, and you are innovative around adaptability, flexibility, and navigating corporate environments effectively.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields (preferred).
- You are at ease communicating in English at a basic to intermediate level.
- You hold a valid driver’s license and have your own vehicle (mandatory). You are available to travel approximately 25% of the time.
