Sr. Controller (Ituzaingó)

Founded in 2023, our team of ~100 professionals supports ~75 clients across a diverse range of industries. We recently reached $6M of contracted ARR and are growing rapidly (over 200% LTM growth).

We are looking for a hands‑on Sr. Controller or Controller to lead our consumer industry accounting portfolio and team. This role is equal parts technical accountant, people leader, and strategic partner.

What You'll Do
- Own the full accounting cycle and lead month-end/quarter-end close
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
- Drive AI and automation initiatives to streamline accounting workflows and reduce manual effort
- Serve as the primary accounting contact for consumer portfolio clients — building relationships and presenting financial results
- Oversee accounting operations across a consumer industry portfolio, ensuring consistency and accuracy

What You Bring
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including hands‑on Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
- Deep consumer industry knowledge (CPG, retail, or related)
- Proven experience implementing accounting automations or AI‑driven process improvements
- Strong client‑facing and communication skills
