Technical Project Manager (Caseros)

What we're hiring forWe are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Technical Project Manager to our Project Management Team! This role will be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina! We are looking for people that are passionate about delivering innovative solutions for our customers, sharing in their success to launch exciting new products that disrupt the market! As a Technical Project Manager, you will play an instrumental role in leading our technology teams in a dynamic environment with focus and direction to achieve these goals.What you'll be responsible forI nitiation
- Ensure projects have clear scope and objectives, with appropriate technical assessment from your wider teamPlanning
- Creating and maintaining a detailed delivery plan & activities to track progress, changes, updates, and scopeDocumentation
- Creating, compiling, and maintaining appropriate project documentation with support from colleaguesLeading
- resource coordination to ensure timely and effective execution of projects, and planning of future projectsManagement
- ensuring projects are delivered on time and scope
- managing risks, issues, assumptions & dependenciesCommunication
- pro-actively working with your extended team and customers to ensure there is a clear understanding of objectives, priorities and expectationsReporting
- reporting on key milestones, achievements, risks, and issues within our project management framework & dashboardWhat experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role5-7 years of Project Management experience with 2 of those in the FinTech ecosystemAbility to work across geographic time zones with all stakeholdersExperience working in an Agile based environment within a multistakeholder environmentA demonstrated history of working cross-functionally with at least 3 teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Support.What makes a successful E6erWe appreciate the unique backgrounds, skill sets, experiences, and contributions each E6er brings.
