Product Owner (Caseros)

About the Role The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions — collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love. We're looking for a Product Owner who knows how to take responsibility over a product roadmap, including day-to-day operations, project execution, and addressing risks. From conception to launch and beyond, you'll collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior management to be the go-to person for your feature. Up to shape what's next in finance? What you'll be doing Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company strategy Driving impact based on data, market research, and customer insight Owning your team's products, from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance Partnering with Engineering on technical approach, requirements, and delivery Working with Design and UX to define the customer journey and ship experiences customers love Liaising with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Financial Crime, and Strategy What you'll need 2+ years at a high‐growth tech company or in banking/finance areas (acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.) 1+ years of people management experience (Product Owners at Revolut directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design team members) Outstanding written and verbal communication Great analytical acumen and business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation A track record of formulating product vision and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners Experience launching products from scratch A bias for action and an entrepreneurial drive to never settle Nice to have A bachelor's degree from a top university #J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.ar/empleo/qj6rq
