Gomry is profitable with ~70,000 monthly active users and backed by investors such as Google, Z Fellows, BeReal, Meta, Klarna, Stripe, AppLovin and Bending Spoons.What you'll doBuild and ship product features end-to-end for various user-facing features.Improve database and infrastructure performance by implementing caching solutions and connection pooling.Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting for our services to better respond to operational incidents.Scale our services via architectural changes and infrastructure improvements.Redefine best-in-class software development processes to build a purpose-built product.How we workWe focus on trust, minimal meetings, and uninterrupted focus. Small teams (one to two people) typically own a project and rotate leadership. We align on a single roadmap and a north star, avoiding OKRs or A/B tests. Bugs are fixed immediately and reviewed weekly. We value quality, constraints, and close customer interaction.Internship detailsThis is a six-month internship. At the end, you may be offered a renewal for another six months or a return offer.
