About the Role We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer to join a long‑term healthcare technology initiative based in the U.S. This role will play a critical part in evolving modern, scalable platforms while incorporating AI‑driven capabilities to enhance data processing, automation, and decision‑making across the ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers with varying levels of experience, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and deliver high‑quality, scalable code using industry‑standard development patterns and best practices.
- Drive the evolution and optimization of existing codebases to improve scalability, performance, and AI‑readiness.
- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to define and implement AI‑ready architectures, including data pipelines, service orchestration, and integration patterns.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of AI‑enabled features such as intelligent automation, predictive logic, decision support, and advanced analytics integrations.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities where AI/ML solutions can enhance platform capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Write and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests, ensuring strong test coverage.
- Participate in peer reviews, code reviews, and Agile/SAFe planning activities to drive continuous architecture evolution.
