Role SummaryThe Director, AI Marketing Enablement will work in close partnership with the VP, Marketing Campaigns and the Sr. Director of Marketing Strategy to lead Emplifi’s transformation into an AI‑native marketing organization. This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of marketing execution, AI systems design, and team enablement. Your focus is building the processes, training, and standards that allow our marketing team to move faster and run smarter campaigns, while also owning the delivery of digital services from SEO and paid media to web properties and lead database health. What You’ll Do Here
- Partner with the VP of Campaigns and Senior Director of Marketing Strategy to define and execute the AI enablement roadmap across all five pillars: email marketing, digital and web, campaign marketing, QBR reporting, and ICP ownership.
- Design, document, and maintain the workflows, training, and best practices that help the marketing team adopt AI in their day to day.
- Own email marketing AI including copy generation, subject line optimization, dynamic personalization, and send-time intelligence. Ensure all output meets Emplifi brand and tone standards.
