About The Role As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives—owning end-to-end execution while partnering with program leadership to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations. You’ll also play a key role in casting, aligning the right mix of skills and experience to each project and helping teams operate efficiently at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, success criteria, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reporting cadences
- Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial monitoring to support profitability
- Support vendor payment coordination and assist in proposal creation as needed
- Identify, document, and mitigate project risks through a formal risk register
- Facilitate decision-making, change control processes, and stakeholder alignment across functions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation, including casting for optimal team composition
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and senior leadership, delivering clear communication and executive-level reporting
- Enforce project governance, documentation standards, and delivery quality practices
