As a Talent Partner at Cloud Accountant Staffing, you’ll combine recruiting expertise with staffer advocacy, ensuring every placement is successful and every staffer feels supported. You’ll manage relationships, pipelines, and communications, while championing staffer growth, retention, and overall satisfaction.

Note: This is a full-time role. Exclusive commitment is required—no part-time or freelance work once hired.

About the Role You’ll own the end-to-end candidate experience: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and ongoing staffer success. You’ll manage a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers, monitor productivity and engagement, resolve issues, and advocate for each staffer’s long-term growth. Your work will help ensure CAS maintains high-quality placements, happy staffers, and satisfied clients.

What You’ll Do Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby and maintain timely, professional communication.
- Coach candidates for client interviews and guide them through the offer process.

Placement & Onboarding
- Serve as candidates’ advocate throughout client interviews and onboarding.
- Coordinate with the Admin team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Align expectations between staffers and clients from day one.

Staffer Success & Ongoing Support
- Own a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers (versátil based on role complexity).
- Conduct regular check-ins: weekly (Month 1), bi-weekly (Month 2), monthly (Month 3+).
