About Gomry Gomry is an AI‑native event platform targeting the $400B annual advertising budget that goes into events. We are building a proprietary AI‑native ad network that installs on our own and third‑party ticketing platforms, with ultra‑native placements for the event industry. This enables event organizers and small ticketing platforms worldwide to monetize through digital sponsorships effortlessly, without impacting the user experience. We are profitable with ~60,000 monthly active users and backed by investors from Google, Z Fellows, BeReal, Meta, Klarna, Stripe, AppLovin, and Bending Spoons. What you’ll do
- Build the backend for various user‑facing features.
- Improve database and infrastructure performance by implementing caching solutions and connection pooling.
- Enhance observability, monitoring, and alerting so we can respond more effectively to operational incidents.
- Scale our service via architectural changes and infrastructure improvements.
- Redefine best‑in‑class software development processes to build a purpose‑built product.
- Occasionally travel to San Francisco for on‑site collaboration. How we work We maximize trust in our builders. Teams set their own rhythms, communicate directly, and keep meetings to a minimum.
