Sr. Finance Analyst (Buenos Aires)

Job Purpose The Sr. Financial Analyst will support LatAm Region by analyzing results, preparing reports, and providing insightful explanations for Actuals, Forecasts and Plan deliverables. Responsibilities Co-ordinate and analyze the LatAm Presente/Plan/FC cycle. Develop and maintain reports for client PL's. Review LOB and FTEs for LatAm. Insure key deliverables are completed on a timely basis. Utilize software tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and other databases to compile, manipulate, and format data. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Partner with in country Finance Leads. Support ad hoc requests for LatAm. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analytics and forecasting. Advanced excel skills Other Requirements Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections using an advanced level of Excel. Thorough understanding of business issues and concepts related to insurance or financial services industry. Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams. A team player that can work in a complex and fast-paced environment.
