Position OverviewAs a Senior Field Sales at Pearson, you will play a crucial role in promoting our educational products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, maintain strong relationships, and drive sales growth. This position requires a proactive customer‐focused approach and a keen interest in staying informed about educational trends.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConsultant Performance Review: Regularly review KPIs, provide guidance and support to customers and consultant teams.Training and Skill Enhancement: Attend training sessions with the Consultancy team to enhance skills and product knowledge. Educate sales personnel on Aramis and Lab Series philosophy.Sales Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of sales events; ensure staff deliver professional service and maintain product knowledge.Remote Work & Travel: Represent Pearson during client visits and industry events; create a pipeline for the Field Education Sales Representative.Sales Governance: Manage the end‐to‐end sales governance process; raise awareness of strategic opportunities across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAgenda Management: Create and manage a well‐organized agenda to optimize client interactions and maximize productivity.Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients, understand their needs, present solutions, and address inquiries.Salesforce Data Entry: Accurately input relevant information into Salesforce, updating client interactions, sales progress, and other relevant data.Post‐Sales Customer Support: Provide exceptional service after sales transactions, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.Travel Opportunities: Be prepared for occasional travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and participate in industry events.Effective Communication: Maintain open, clear communication with clients, colleagues, and management while collaborating with cross‐functional teams.QualificationsEducation Background: Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business, English Teaching, Education, or related fields.Experience: Several years in sales and education.Language Skills: Proficiency in English essential.Transport: Having a car mandatory due to travel commitments.Curiosity & Adaptability: Stay informed about educational trends, innovations, and emerging technologies.Benefits & Why Join PearsonOpportunity to contribute to the education sector and make a positive impact.Exposure to cutting‐edge educational solutions.Competitive compensation package and growth prospects. #J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.ar/empleo/qjwj5
