Human Resources Business Partner (Buenos Aires)

Leading multinational organization to identify an experienced HR Business Partner to support a diverse and dynamic business environment. This is a search for a strategic HR professional who thrives in fast‐paced, matrixed organizations and enjoys working closely with senior leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with business objectives.Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.Lead and support key HR processes including talent management, succession planning, performance cycles, and employee relations.Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent, Rewards, Learning, DE&I;) to implement integral and regional HR initiatives.Support organizational change initiatives, including restructurings, cultural transformations, and leadership development efforts.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, partnering with Legal as needed.Analyze HR metrics and people data to inform decision‐making and proactively address risks and opportunities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Fluency in English is mandatory.Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within a multinational and matrixed environment.Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.Solid experience in employee relations, organizational design, and change management.Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.What We're Looking ForA trusted advisor with a proactive, solution‐oriented mindset.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfort operating in ambiguity. #J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.ar/empleo/qjv1p
