You'll go beyond day-to-day HR support to drive reporting, insights, and process improvements across the full employee lifecycle. You'll be a key connector between People systems, compensation processes, and executive reporting — helping us make data-informed decisions and run efficiently at scale.The Impact You'll Make:HR Systems & Data Integrity:Support the day-to-day administration of SuccessFactor and related HR technologies, ensuring reliable system performance and data accuracy, focusing on the employee central module. Assist with system configuration, maintenance, bulk uploads, and testing activities to ensure HR tools effectively support business processes. Create and maintain standard and ad‐hoc reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of HR data and metrics, supporting quarterly reporting and ongoing people data requests for senior leadership. Support integrations between SuccessFactor and other business‐critical systems (e.g., payroll, finance) by assisting with testing, monitoring, and issue resolution.
