Job Summary At PwC, you will focus on protecting organisations from cyber threats by designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions that safeguard sensitive data. As a manager, you will oversee the end‐to‐end delivery of IAM services across complex client environments, collaborating closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and general experts to drive cyber resilience, regulatory compliance, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple client engagements focused exclusively on IAM services, serving as the primary client relationship manager. Develop and implement tailored cybersecurity strategies leveraging IAM best practices and technologies. Mentor and develop IAM team members, fostering a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Drive internal and client‐facing workshops to communicate IAM program status, present findings, and recommend service enhancements. Identify new IAM service opportunities and support commercial growth through innovative identity and access solutions. Oversee operations and support of IAM platforms, ensuring efficient incident response, problem resolution, and change management. Coordinate application and system onboarding within IAM architectures, verifying secure integration and policy alignment. Monitor SLAs, conduct root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and report IAM service performance metrics. Champion continuous improvement efforts by automating IAM workflows, enhancing monitoring capabilities, and optimizing access governance processes. Provide advanced guidance and architectural oversight for IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, CyberArk, Okta, and similar platforms. Lead IAM platform maintenance activities including patch management, upgrades, configuration changes, and tuning. Collaborate with internal and client cybersecurity teams to refine IAM detection methodologies, access controls, and identity lifecycle management processes. Drive automation initiatives utilizing scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Ruby), REST APIs, and integration tools to streamline IAM service delivery. Ensure all IAM managed services operate within PwC policies, client governance frameworks, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. Lead comprehensive risk and compliance activities including regular access certifications, policy enforcement, and incident handling documentation. Prepare and present executive‐level reports and dashboards covering IAM program effectiveness, risk posture, and compliance status. Support audits by providing evidence of IAM controls, process adherence, and remediation effectiveness. Manage client relationships and serve as a key point of escalation to resolve complex IAM and PAM operational challenges while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Balance multiple priorities in dynamic environments, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Promote knowledge sharing across teams and lead training efforts to build organizational expertise in IAM and PAM domains. Exhibit strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills to effectively lead teams and engage with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders. Basic Qualifications Degree Required: Bachelor's or master's. Minimum Years of Experience: ***** Years (Experience in Technical Project Management and People Management). Preferred Knowledge & Skills Relevant experience in end‐to‐end support of IAM teams. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC (GCIH, GSEC, GCIA), CCSP, or equivalent are highly desirable. IAM‐specific certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified Engineer, CyberArk Trustee) are an advantage. Demonstrated knowledge, leadership, and/or a proven record of success in managing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools, Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, and Access Management (AM) solutions. Experience with automation through scripting (PowerShell, Python, Ruby) and API integrations. Knowledge of threat detection and response (TDR) or vulnerability management (VM) technologies and team leadership is preferred.
