Established in ****, we provide an end‐to‐end platform that empowers residential real‐estate agents to deliver exceptional service to their sellers and buyers, helping everyone find their place in the world.Design at CompassProduct Designers lead the full lifecycle of their designs across all platforms. They collaborate with product managers on strategy, participate in research to test and validate designs, and consult with engineering to bring everything to life.ResponsibilitiesDrive a customer‐centered UX strategy and deliver complex workflow experiences that are simple and intuitive.Map seamless flows, contribute components to the design system, and prototype solutions.Collaborate with PMs on product specifications and participate in sprint planning and quarterly roadmap discussions.Partner with engineers to realize designs on Web, iOS, and Android.Continuously research industry best practices, design patterns, and anti‐patterns.Own end‐to‐end deliverables for major feature initiatives from concept to shipping.Provide and receive feedback, ensuring high‐quality, accessible, and pixel‐perfect experiences.Act as a strategic partner while executing hands‐on design work within a motivated team.QualificationsEnglish and Spanish fluent spoken and written.8+ years of experience designing enterprise or enterprise‐software products, including UX design and research.Proficiency with design systems and the ability to make rational, logical decisions.Strong knowledge of modern, emerging web and mobile UI patterns, interaction design, and accessibility.Experience with Google Suite and Figma.Strong collaboration skills with engineering and product management teams.Self‐direction to work autonomously in a fast‐paced environment.Customer‐orientation and eagerness toward continuous learning.BenefitsUSD fixed monthly compensation (through Deel).
