Opportunity A hands‐on designer who creates intuitive, accessible interfaces and AI‐enabled experiences across web and mobile. Works with product, engineering and research to design production‐ready UI and to shape how AI features (e.g., conversational assistants, generative content, smart suggestions) behave and integrate into digital ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Own design from discovery through delivery: wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, visual design and handoff. Translate user & product requirements into elegant UI solutions using design systems and component libraries. Produce low to high‐fidelity prototypes (Figma mainly) to validate concepts with stakeholders and users. Collaborate with engineering to ensure design integrity through implementation and QA. Work with UX researchers to convert insights into feature‐level design decisions and iterate based on test results. Ensure accessibility, performance, and responsive behavior across devices and platforms. Contribute to and maintain the design system: tokens, components, usage guidelines and documentation. Qualifications 3–5 years professional product design experience. Strong visual design, interaction design, and information architecture skills. Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools (Principle, Framer, ProtoPie or Figma prototypes). Solid understanding of front‐end constraints and ability to produce developer‐ready assets (SVG, exportables, specs). Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design patterns. Effective communicator and collaborator with cross‐functional teams. Portfolio demonstrating end‐to‐end product work and problem‐solving. Experience with analytics tools to inform design tradeoffs. Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI tools and practical experience using them in prototyping or workflows. Nice-to-have Experience with design systems at scale. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or experience working in Agile environments.
