You’ll be trusted with full ownership of testing initiatives, experimentation frameworks, and data‑driven decision‑making and supported by cross‑functional teams including Design and Performance to deliver meaningful, scalable growth across our client’s funnels. This role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution, from identifying optimization opportunities to launching and reviewing experiments, and requires analytical rigor, UX and behavioral insight, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of A/B testing to build scalable, sustainable growth across our customer journeys. What You’ll DoOptimization Strategy & Delivery
- Own conversion optimization programs across assigned clients; define testing scope and success criteria per account.
- Translate business goals and user insights into prioritized testing roadmaps and clear hypotheses (Problem → Hypothesis → Metric).
- End‑to‑end of experiments—brief, spec, QA, launch, monitoring, analysis, and recommendation sign‑off.
- Lift conversion rate and revenue per visitor; reduce friction and improve UX; turn insights into shipped improvements.

- Build A/B and multivariate tests; design variants with Design/UX; configure targeting and audiences; ensure clean event/pixel tracking; iterate based on learnings; produce experiment briefs and post‑test analyses.

Measurement & Insight
