Finance & Accounting Analyst (Buenos Aires)

To execute on our aggressive expansion plan, we’re looking for an exceptional Finance & Accounting Analyst. In this role, you will launch our finance and accounting processes in Argentina from zero. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team in Argentina. The main objective is to ensure the integrity of accounting information and the efficient flow of accounts payable and receivable, supporting the growth of local operations in accordance with company standards. What You Will Do Accounts Payable: Receiving and controlling supplier invoices, processing them in the accounting system, and executing the payment schedule. Accounts Receivable: Billing customers, tracking collections, and performing daily reconciliation of business transactions. Revenue recognition. Accounting Management: Recording journal entries, analyzing balance sheet accounts, and managing accounting records. Accounting Reconciliations: Performing monthly bank and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring there are no outstanding unjustified items. Operational Reconciliations Freelancers: Daily reconciliation of payments to independent contractors and application of accounts in payment processors. Customers: Processing invoices for services rendered to customers, for submission, approval, and subsequent invoicing. Tax Support: Assisting in preparing information for monthly tax returns (VAT, Gross Income Tax, Withholding Tax). Requirements Experience: >1 years in accounting or finance roles. Education: Graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. Software Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (fluent in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). ERP Systems: Experience using an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar local platforms). Languages: Intermediate English (desirable, for interaction with regional teams). Key Competencies & Soft Skills: Strong attention to technical detail and a high capacity for learning. Solid analytical skills, excellent organization, and autonomy in daily tasks. Ability to thrive and adapt in dynamic, high-demand environments.
