- Ssr Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. You will get the chance to: Analyze country-specific salary data to ensure accurate reflection within Globant’s P&L; statements. Produce and deliver a wide range of financial reports tailored to relevant stakeholders. Implement improvements and automate processes and tools related to costing, as needed. Participate actively in monthly closing and conduct monthly reviews of salary costs. Manage issues from our tools and reports, and respond to related inquiries. What will help you succeed: Academic Background: Economics/ Business, Accounting, Engineering, or similar Business and Financial skills . Advanced/Proficient in Google Sheet/Excel. Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English Level. SQL, Google Scripts and RPA is a plus.
