Sales Operations / Business Advisor (Buenos Aires)

Business Advisor / Sales Operations Analyst is a critical and highly visible role to support the southern region (Cono sur) team rapid business growth. As a member of the Revenue Operations team, the role will be responsible for budgeting, planning and analysis activities for SalesOps. The successful candidate must be detail‑oriented, autonomous, a self‑starter, and have excellent communication skills, demonstrating exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. A good command of English will be necessary to be successful in this role. Strategic Partner The Business Advisor will act as a strategic partner, delivering analysis and actionable plans across core metrics such as Consumption, Revenue, Pipeline, and Demand Generation. The role goes beyond reporting, translating insights into execution by identifying gaps, recommending actions, and supporting the field to drive results. Additionally, this position is key to ensuring effective local implementation of strategy and will play a central role in FY planning and readiness, enabling a smooth start to the fiscal year and accelerating early performance. Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in deal desk, deal structuring or sales operations roles
- Must be a self‑starter with strong organization skills and critical thinking
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to enable informed decision making
- Detail oriented team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be proficient in English
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies
- Excellent cross group collaboration skills
- Strong business acumen, prior sales related experience and/or pricing experience a plus Career Level
