Job ResponsibilitiesThe Integral Sales Training Team is looking for an Enterprise BD Trainer responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive sales effectiveness training. This includes delivering training on customer engagement and building/updating offerings using AI-enabled sales enablement tools (e.g., Synthesia, Iorad, Articulate) for internal BD/Go-To-Market users across the Syneos Enterprise. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Global Sales Training and collaborates with Enterprise Sales Operations, Business Insights, Business Technology, and Corporate Learning & Development teams.
