About the RoleYou'll be a senior creative force on high-profile brand marketing campaigns spanning social content, hero video, motion graphics, and typographic animation. Operating within a dedicated client team, you'll own the animation process end-to-end
- from concept and pre-production through final delivery
- collaborating with creative directors, producers, illustrators, and animators across a general team. At this level, nobody oversees your craft
- you set the bar. You're expected to drive quality and efficiency, mentor junior and semi-senior animators, push new techniques and tools, and serve as an internal ambassador for generative AI in the animation workflow. What You'll DoOwn the full animation lifecycle
- pre-production assessment, creative scoping, execution, and final delivery
- across social assets, complex hero videos, and multi-platform campaign toolkits. Lead early-stage creative ideation alongside art directors and creative leads, translating briefs and copy into high-quality motion work across formats, languages, and dimensions. Build and optimize production templates that improve speed and consistency for the broader integral animation team. Maintain brand integrity across all deliverables
