SDR at HandoffEstablish and lead Handoff’s Buenos Aires sales team by creating a pipeline of local talent and coaching them into high-performing sales representatives. Develop scalable recruitment, training, and mentorship systems while actively contributing to the creation and execution of sales playbooks. Leverage prior experience scaling and managing sales teams for US-based technology companies, combined with a deep, product-minded approach to become an expert in Handoff’s offering. Be present in the office to provide real‑time coaching and mentorship, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. - Demonstrate expertise and comprehensive understanding of our product, it’s features, and it’s core value proposition.
- Leverage your product knowledge to drive user engagement, activation, and conversion from the Trial period into subscribers.
- Guide Users through specific actions and features within the product that are correlated with conversion success (Activation).
- Provide personalized support and guidance to help Users maximize the value they derive from the product during the trial period.
- Actively monitor user progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers to Activation.
