TTT - Senior Graphic Designer with UX/UI - EY GDS (Buenos Aires)

The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Graphic and UX/UI Designer with a high level of creativity, who will turn our internal clients’ needs into digital masterpieces. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy innovation and creativity, this job is just perfect for you! Your key responsibilities As part of our team, you will:
- Work alongside the Tax Technology and Transformation team to understand the overall messaging and come up with innovative designs to support internal campaigns/actions/messaging and design tools.
- Design a wide spectrum of communication and marketing materials including newsletters, emails, internal web designs and apps, facilities branding designs, global campaigns, flyers, etc.
- Provide quality assurance of all deliverables and manage creative responsibilities of assigned projects.
- Be up to date with EY global BMC branding guidelines to deliver brand-compliant designs.
- Oversee designs, platforms, documents and evaluate and assess EY brand compliance.
- Client-focused approach to understand client's needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Improve and re design PowerPoint presentations.
- Comply with all learning requirements and CE credits as well as Risk Management and general policies. Skills and attributes for success
- You should be fluent in English
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, at least 2 years of UX/UI design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Multimedia Design or related discipline.
- A strong design portfolio with a variety of current, leading edge design work in both areas.
- Technical skills: Graphic design, Branding design, Web design, Adobe Creative Suite expertise, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma is a must.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards, including color contrast, and inclusive design practices.
- Microsoft Office expertise, excellent PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clients with different backgrounds.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather requirements, challenge briefs when needed, and present design rationale clearly.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality results under pressure – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering on expectations.
- Good attitude and disposition, willing to help and collaborate for a common goal.
- Leverage AI-powered tools in daily workflows to support content creation, design execution, ideation, prototyping, and delivery.
