Training and Development Specialist (Buenos Aires)

Purpose of the role Design, deliver and evolve learning solutions that build critical capabilities, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and directly support business priorities. This role operates at the intersection of learning strategy, execution excellence, and data‑informed decision making—moving beyond training delivery into capability impact.
- Support the end‑to‑end execution of learning initiatives, from needs analysis through delivery and evaluation
- Coordinate and deliver learning experiences (virtual and/or in‑person), ensuring strong participant experience
- Support manager and leader enablement through structured programs, learning materials, and toolkits
- Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to understand development needs and translate them into learning actions
- Manage learning logistics and operations (communications, scheduling, LMS setup, tracking)
- Maintain accurate learning data and reporting to monitor participation, completion, and effectiveness
- Support continuous improvement of programs based on feedback and data insights

Experience & Scope
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development roles
- Proven experience working in complex, fast‑paced organizations, with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Hands‑on leadership of:
- End‑to‑end learning initiatives (needs analysis, design, delivery, measurement)
- Manager and leader enablement programs
- Facilitation of learning experiences (virtual and/or in‑person)
- Competency and capability frameworks
- Blended learning ecosystems (formal, informal, experiential)
- Experience designing and rolling out:
- Core skills or functional capability curricula
- Scalable learning solutions
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills:
