What are we looking for?

We're searching for two Executive, Call Centers to be the primary point of contact for our customers regarding specific call projects. You'll be instrumental in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing timely assistance and effective solutions.

What are we expecting from this role?- Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound calls, acting as the first point of contact for customers.- Strive for first-call resolution, maintaining the highest quality of service.- Utilize exceptional listening skills to understand customer needs and complaints, offering optimal solutions.- Respond efficiently and professionally to create a positive customer experience.- Remain calm and professional while handling challenging interactions, effectively de-escalating situations.- Transfer or escalate calls to the appropriate department when necessary.- Actively participate in training to continuously improve your skills.- Record and track data to generate comprehensive reports for your manager.- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.

Who are we looking for?- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.- Exceptional telephone etiquette and robust customer service acumen.- Superior active listening, verbal, and written communication proficiency.-
