**Role Responsibilities**
Initial Engagement & Shortlisting
- Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) checks to ensure the selection process adheres to high standards and fairness.
- Manage administrative tasks required in the recruitment process, ensuring all paperwork and digital records are accurately maintained and processed.
Data Management & Analysis
- Update customer data trackers, analyse, and share trends with recruitment, placement, and marketing teams.
Post-Selection Support & Team Collaboration
- Support other team members when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a Recruitment or customer-facing role would be preferential.
- Ability to handle diverse/international customers.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work UK hours.
- A hard-working individual who thrives in busy environments.

**Interview process**
- Eligibility: Make sure you meet the requirements outlined in the job description.
- Round 1: A 15-minute Intro call to assess your background and suitability for the role and answer your questions.
- Round 2: A 45-90 minute interview with two team members evaluating your expertise and experience related to the role.
- Task Assessment: Complete a task relevant to the Customer Experience Associate role, showcasing your skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Cultural Fit Interview: A 45-90 minute conversation focused on cultural fit, value alignment, and team compatibility.
- Final Round: An in-depth discussion with the Founders, centring on your vision, strategic thinking, and overall fit for the role.
**Salary**: $338,700.00
- $465,712.00 per month
