Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.\n\nAbout the role.\n\nNetflix is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support for one of our key team groups in the South Latam region (SOLA). The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple, diverse responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding, fast-moving position that requires someone who can exercise sound judgment and significant initiative.\n\nSpecific responsibilities include, but are not limited to\n\n
* Maintaining calendars for our executives, in place, including booking and confirming meetings. \n\n
* Scheduling meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders, people, talent, agents, etc. \n\n
* Maintaining a log used to track projects and their status.\n\n
* Taking notes in meetings and circulating information to the broader team.\n\n
* Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and other administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports, digital and physical filing, etc...)\n\n
* Heavy communication internally and externally \n\n
* Creating executive presentations and documents using PowerPoint and Google Docs. \n\n
* The ability to assist with team projects and events as needed.\n\n\n\n\nDesired Qualifications\n\n
* BA/BS Degree\n\n
* 4+ Years as an assistant in the Studio/Entertainment Industry is a nice-to-have, not a must. \n\n
* Events Planning \u0026 Organization Experience \n\n
* Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel\n\n
* English communication skills-Advanced or Bilingual are a must. \n\n
* High energy, motivated, and a capacity to work in a very fast-paced environment\n\n
* Self-starter with exceptional follow-through, organization, and attention to detail\n\n
* Strong interest in the television industry\n\n
* Excellent problem-solving skills and can prioritize a high-volume workload\n\n
