**Ssr. UX Designer** Freelance***: Tonic3 is looking for an UX Designer to join our team! We are seeking a highly committed professional, with experience directly with clients.
- Propose and define the interface system component´s interaction, behavior and visual style.
- Prototype Design
- Create and manage Design systems
- Teamwork: work closely with project managers, designers, content strategists, developers, testers, etc.

To succeed you should have:

- Al least for 4 year of experience in user flow design both in responsive web and mobile native apps.
- Experience working with prototyping tools like: Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Mural, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Visual Design
- Knowledge in Usability (Heuristics, Information Architecture and Interactivity)
- UX Processes (Design Studio, Card Sorting, People, etc)
- Design Thinking
- AI Background is a plus.
- Previous experience working with Scrum Methodologies
- Fluency in English is required. Advanced/Native proficiency
