The position combines daily operational execution with strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional coordination. Core Responsibilities
- Own daily monitoring, analysis, and resolution of attainment-related tickets, ensuring issues are accurately reflected in sales attainment and downstream reporting.
- Validate that ticket resolutions are fully implemented and visible in seller-facing tools and internal reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to drive efficient resolution and remove blockers.
- Produce and leverage data analytics to track ticket performance and identify systemic issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and reporting related to attainment and quota operations.
- Provide hands-on operational support at the beginning of each quarter to ensure successful quota deployment. Key Skills Capabilities
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume operational workflows
- Proven cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and accountability for data accuracy Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or student in Business Administration (or other related studies).
- Demonstrates proficiendy in Microsoft Excel. Must be able to perform functions within Excel in order to manipulate and calculate data for analysis. Strong Excel macro (VBA) knowledge to automate data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills, Must be able to communicate and present to Sales Management.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Excellent english communication skills, both written and verbal.
