- Come be part of the Product Solutions department of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Argentina S.R.L. ExxonMobil at our General Business Center (GBC) in Buenos Aires, with more than 20 years of presence in the country and a workforce of more than 2500 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located at Catalinas and Puerto Madero areas.
- **What role you will play in our team**:

- Project based position to provide ad-hoc support to the sales organization.
- Location: Retiro, Buenos Aires.

** What you will do**:

- **- Support the Sales Reps in the OtC Process, acting as intermediary between Commercial Canada and the CS MSP Partners (Ex. New Ship To’s / Sold To/s, Pricing Disputes etc.)
- Data Stewardship.
- KPI creation for MSP Performance Review.
- Monthly MSP Performance meeting with Management.
- Continuous Process Improvement.
- Ad Hoc Commercial Tasks.
- Monthly Meetings with Sales Reps.
- Process Automation.
- Account plans organization and preparation (US).
- eSpot weekly meetings (US).
- Manual Spot weekly meetings (US).

** About you**:

- ** Required Knowledge/ skills/ experience**- Analytical Thought
- Automation Knowledge
- Data Stewardship
- Excellent Communication
- Teamwork and Network Creation-
- ** Preferred Qualifications/ Experience**- Bachelor Degree: Business Administration or Accountant.
- Advanced English level
- Systems knowledge applicable to the position:

- SAP
- Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
