- Comfortable de-escalating situations and resolving customer complaints or challenges efficiently. You need to be able to think critically to offer solutions that align with our business goals while maintaining a great customer experience. Furthermore, you need to be a pro at reciting our script (while coming off natural) and be excited about weekly sales stats.
- Reliable. I'm talking about very reliable. Not the, "This usually doesn't happen, but it happened again" type. We're a small team and everyone must pull their weight. That means showing up every day and on time -- no exceptions (save for a major emergency, of course).
- A natural with people (i.e. very personable and someone who easily makes conversation -- even with a perfect stranger). Furthermore, it's someone who loves talking to and helping customers.

- Handle inbound and outbound retention-related calls professionally and effectively. In this role you will be reinforcing the value of our products by highlighting different features and benefits of the supplement that the customer originally purchased.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products that align with the customer’s needs.
- Achieve retention and sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a big one, we are looking for someone who is able to make our customers feel happy and cared for once the call is finished.
- Address complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues or escalate as necessary.
- Ensure customers feel heard and valued throughout the process.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), such as retention rate, amount saved, and call handling time- Analyze reasons for churn and propose recommendations to improve retention strategies.We have two options for this role available. We need a full time weekends and evenings representative or part time weekends and part time evenings representative. This is a work from home position. Currently, we have an opening for:
- Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m- 5 p.m EST:
- Weekday evenings 5 p.m- 10 p.m EST:
