Find out more about our mission at .**About the Role**We are Looking for a strategic and results-oriented **E-Commerce Sales Lead** to join Opella’s E-commerce team. This role is responsible for driving sustainable e-commerce growth across priority markets by shaping commercial strategy, strengthening retailer partnerships, and ensuring flawless execution of locally tailored trade plans.This is a high-impact position at the intersection of **sales, digital commerce, retail media, and data analytics**, requiring strong cross-functional leadership to accelerate Opella’s digital transformation and capture market share.**Objective**Drive e-commerce sales growth in priority markets by leading commercial strategy and execution, strengthening retailer partnerships, and ensuring alignment with locally tailored trade and commercial plans.**Key Responsibilities****E-Commerce Commercial Strategy & Performance*** Define and execute the e-commerce commercial strategy to accelerate sell-out, market share, and profitable growth across digital platforms.* Own sales performance by setting clear targets and activating full-funnel levers to maximize traffic, conversion, and basket size.* Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and translate them into actionable plans.**Customer & Partnership Management*** Build and manage strategic relationships with key retailers, marketplaces, and last-mile platforms.* Lead commercial negotiations and develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with company priorities.* Establish a structured customer segmentation and model of attention to optimize resource allocation and impact.**Cross-Functional Leadership*** Partner with Local commercial & Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams to ensure integrated planning and execution.* Act as the primary bridge between local commercial teams and the regional e-commerce strategy.* Foster a strong e-commerce culture by influencing stakeholders and championing digital-first behaviors.**Execution Excellence & Digital Shelf*** Ensure best-in-class execution across the digital shelf, driving superior product visibility, availability, and content quality.* Co-create high-impact promotional plans and retail media activations with customers.* Lead operational rigor to deliver consistent execution and elevate the online shopper experience.**Performance Management & Continuous Optimization*** Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion, traffic, and ROI to evaluate business performance.* Deliver monthly performance reviews and actionable insights to refine strategy.* Lead quarterly business reviews with customers to unlock incremental growth opportunities.**About you:*** **Experience:** 7+ years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and/or retail media.* **Skills:** + Strong communication and negotiation skills. + Strong expertise in Retail media and digital shelf. + Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel).* **Education:** + Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. + Master’s in Digital Marketing or E-commerce is a plus.* **Languages:** Native Spanish, Advanced English.**Why us?**At Opella, you will enjoy doing challenging, purposeful work, empowered to develop consumer brands with passion and creativity.
