Film Director for New Artist Music Videos (Buenos Aires)

**Responsibilities**
- Creative Development and Ideation_
- Lead the development of creative concepts for music videos and visualizers, ensuring alignment with the artist's vision and brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the artist and production team to develop storyboards, scripts, and visual treatments that are innovative and engaging.
- Stay abreast of current trends in music video production, visual effects, and storytelling to bring fresh and original ideas to each project.
- Production Oversight and Direction_
- Direct the production of music videos, overseeing all aspects of filming, including casting, location scouting, set design, and scheduling.
- Work closely with the director of photography, choreographers, and other key personnel to ensure the visual narrative is compelling and artistically sound.
- Manage the post-production process, including editing, color grading, and adding visual effects, to ensure the final product is of the highest quality and meets project deadlines.
- Artist Collaboration and Relationship Management_
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the artist, understanding their creative goals and helping to translate these into impactful visual narratives.
- Coordinate with the artist's management and record label to ensure alignment on project objectives, budget, and timelines.
- Provide guidance and feedback to the artist and other stakeholders throughout the production process to ensure a cohesive and successful project outcome.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Skills_
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in directing music videos or related visual media.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and understanding of post-production processes.
- Knowledge of cinematography, lighting, and sound design principles.
