Responsibilities
Manage HR programs across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and development to engagement and offboarding.
Draft employment contracts and documentation for global staff; manage benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee‐related queries, delivering accurate and timely guidance across global teams.
Manage global HR processes and policies to ensure consistency and a positive experience for all employees.
Generate HR reports and insights, including employee data, workforce trends, and payroll‐related metrics, to inform business decisions.
Maintain and audit employee records within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Contribute to the design and implementation of engagement and development initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
