**PURPOSE** Coordinates and controls Industrial Engineering for the plants, controlling operating information management, preparing the operation and industrial cost budget, monitoring compliance and analyzing the best investment options. Identifies best practices and generates improvement opportunities, performing continuous benchmarking across Tenaris plants and interacting wih Operations area.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITES**
- Coordinates Industrial Engineering jobs for the plants, setting production and consumption standards included energy consumption and saving, quoting products for sale, designing work processes for the area, forecasting plant behavior and leading reduced work groups.
- Develops homogeneous industrial models that ensure coherence of decisions in all processes and Production Units.
- Prepares the annual operation and industrial cost budget carrying out the analysis of monthly costs per area in the monthly closing, reviewing the Costs System on a regular basis.Prepares the annual budget for operation and operating costs.
- Analyzes the best investment options, participating in investment economicoperating assessment processes (FAIs) to reach the highest production and quality standards in the productive process.
- Identifies best practices and generates improvement opportunities, performing continuous benchmarking across Tenaris plants and interacting with Operations area.
- Creates a safe work environment leading the development and implementation of preventive and corrective safety programs.
- Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
