The role requires full ownership of project delivery, cross-regional coordination, strategic decision-making, and communication with senior executives.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging large-scale, high-complexity projects across different regions and business unitsLeading distributed teams and coordinating with stakeholders at all levelsOverseeing vendor and partner relationshipsManaging risk, change, and incident processesRunning post-mortems and driving continuous improvementEstablishing and maintaining project management best practicesProviding coaching and guidance to junior PMsEnsuring smooth communication with senior leadership and cross-functional teamsQualifications10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experienceDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExcellent analytical and conceptual thinkingStrong communication skills, including technical writingSystem- and process-oriented mindsetAbility to influence business stakeholders and drive decisionsStrong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior PMsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionEnglish — very good (spoken & written)PMP or PgMP certificationExperience working in international, distributed teamsExperience managing programs with multi-million dollar budgetsKnowledge of project management best practicesLegal StatementEqual opportunity employer.
