Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences. The adecuado candidate will have experience in designing e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning solutions for corporate or academic environments. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), trainers, and business stakeholders to transform content into high-impact learning assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning content (e-learning, microlearning, ILT, VILT, assessments, simulations).
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather and analyze content and convert it into instructionally sound learning materials.
